IB Diploma Programme (DP)

The IB Diploma Programme is among the most prestigious pre-university courses in the World. It is a two-year course and examinations are taken at the end of Grade 12. It is designed to provide a holistic approach to education. This approach nurtures not just academic excellence, but also civic responsibility, articulateness and international understanding. Very early streaming often leaves students at a disadvantage in a rapidly changing World. IBDP mandates a broad-based curriculum that covers all basic disciplines and also offers the opportunity for increased focus in chosen ones. Essential features include the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and the CAS component.
